The Children’s Rights Alliance has published Report Card 2026.
“Report Card 2026 is the first for the coalition (Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and Independents) under the new Programme for Government: Securing Ireland’s Future and how it performed for children and young people in 2025.
This year’s Report Card is the eighteenth edition in the series for the Children’s Rights Alliance and covers key areas which, if implemented, will address major systemic issues for children and young people: Safeguarding, Welfare and Alternative Care; Early Years; Mental Health; Housing and Education.”
