The Think Tank for Action on Social Change (TASC) has carried out an evaluation of the Social Prescribing Programme of the Dublin City Community Co-operative’s Healthy Communities Project (HCP).
This project was that was set up to tackle health inequalities through targeted, evidence-based initiatives in the community. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide an assessment of the impact of the Social Prescribing Programme on the clients who reside in Dublin’s Northeast Inner City, a highly diverse area with significant pockets of marked disadvantage.
