The National Economic and Social Council (NESC) has published new research: Ireland’s Future Power System and Economic Resilience.
This report examines four key aspects of Ireland’s energy transition which are important for national economic resilience: enterprise opportunities, the reliability of power supply, the cost of energy, and the export of energy. This report presents a suite of actions to work through immediately to progress Ireland’s power sector transition.
